I find that I need to disable XP's system restore feature before Norton can
deal adequately with worms etc.

The system restore does not allow Norton to write to the files it's using as
backups.

Regards

Clive Kingston.

Subject: How to remove Backdoor.Berbew.I and W32.Spybot.Worm

Hi List,

I have found two copies of Backdoor.Berbew.I and one copy of W32.Spybot.Worm
in
C:\Windows\System32\ on my Windows XP laptop. I have tried to remove them
with Norton Antivirus
.
