Agreed. It is pretty thorough. But it is also about half a decade out of date. Statements like "At least one insurance company has indicated that Windows NT is less secure than Unix or GNU/Linux systems, resulting in higher premiums for Windows-based systems" make it a little difficult to take the paper seriously, rather like discussing the security disadvantages of a token ring system.
