Hi Joseph,

Are you sure there was nothing changed manually by an admin or something? do you have a security software installed and updated on your Windows 7 machine. If you still can use your computer normally, try to update your security software then disconnect from the internet and perform a deep scan.

Meanwhile, I assume that you have a security software and I think you need to check Network Monitor section of the software. It might be given a different name but it's NM with KIS.
