"writing secure code" about encoding characters. In some
cases using char(0x27) as well as using entire words
encoded via 0xXXXXXXXXXX can be used. Watching for "'" is
not enough.

"writing secure code" about encoding characters. In some 
cases using char(0x27) as well as using entire words 
encoded via 0xXXXXXXXXXX can be used. Watching for "'" is 
not enough.
