Hi,

Are you a service provider trying to provide secure access to your
customers using a virtual firewall ?

If so, you need to consider the following:
- Whether to use OS-based virtualization (OpenVZ type) or
hyper-visor based virtualization ( Xen/VmWare type)
- performance implications of virtual firewalls. They tend to be
lower compared to physical devices due to binary
translation/instruction conversion.
- Usage of Intel-VT/AMD-V as underlying hardware
- inter-VM access control issues.
