There is an ISO 17779 toolkit (that comes with the document) that has
sample policies and standards within it. You can also take a look at
the Charles Crescent Wood's Policy Toolkit (available for purchase).
Another good place is SANS - they have some sample policies and
standards for you to review as well. Hope this helps.
