As far as I know It would depend on which of the Basel II methods you
were intending to use. If you're going for the risk measured one
(sorry can't remember the correct term), then I would expect a
ISO27001 certification to be considered part of your risk environment
which would in turn reduce your risk profile and thus the amount of
capital you need to hold under Basel II.
