I do not see any ethical issue is using same license at both primary and
secondary site. Because anyway you will be accessing one site only, and
that justifies the legal usage of license (you may need to check with
particular vendors for any specific conditions). If you are using both
the sites simultaneously in normal conditions, you may need to have
separate licenses.

Hi All,

Can we use the license in DR site which is being used in Primary site?
Say for ex, if I have a mail server license which is being used at my
primary site, and if I want to install the mail server at DR site can
use the license of the Primary site?
