In a nut shell you can only use the license in this way if the-LICENSE says you can. ---- If it does not and you intend to install for the purpose of an exercise or for a real event it would be better to get direct authorisation from the owner of the license, in my case I have asked for and received written authority to use a license in exactly these circumstances and at no charge.

It was not something envisaged when the product license was put together.
