Yes, that was a misinterpretation. I am not recommending organizations
hold off on installing KB917021; it resolves several outstanding
weaknesses inherent in WZC operation and it should be applied to all
workstations. However, KB917021 does change the operation of several
facets of WZC, so organizations should perform sufficient testing and
educate users appropriately.
