To get back to your first example, it is WPA with PSK authentication and
TKIP encryption. As for the second one, it would be a WPA with PSK
authentication and supporting both TKIP and AES encryption.

Actually, I would definitely not say that WPA uses WEP, even if TKIP
encryption is actually performed using adapter WEP engine. It is a very
confusing shortcut that basically forgets everything about TKIP...
