You should definitely check out the security tube mega primers on
http://www.securitytube.net/ there are quite a few videos
(specifically numbers 9 and 17 ) that come to mind, and should be
able to help you right along. Also there are several good written as
well as video tutorials covering this on the backtrack-linux.org
forums.
