Mr Cohen, I think you are asking to the wrong entity. ISO isn´t getting
the nist and publishing it as an ISO standard. ISO has reviwed an aproved
the BS standrar. This standard was´n a nist job or development.
I think it´s matter of US vs. Europe standards...ISO (and its father the
BS7799 standard is not a new standard, but in US most of the people and
bussiness don´t accept foreign standards, specially about information and
security in general.
