There are several possible solution strategies to this problem.
The simplest solution is the application of money. Unfortunately this is
no option for an unsponsored OSS project like SOMAP.org...
Another solution would be to have some volunteers writing the content from
scratch and then linking it to the standard in question (hint hint :)).
