10.3.9, fully patched, does not appear to exhibit the error. The one
station I tried it against popped up an error "no mountable file
systems".

The example under 10.4 kernel panics the one test station I through
it against (fully patched 10.4.8). Bit of a stretch for it to be
called a remote exploit.
