I'm not sure I'd call it *significant*, but, Mac users can certainly
pass files on to Windows users that are infected. Additionally, I've
had some Mac users have their e-mail with infected attachment get
stopped at a mail gateway, which just leads to frustration if they
don't have a good way to get the document to its destination.

Finally, I did actually have a problem with a client machine just
last week: Word would pop up dialogs about you losing work, and it
wouldn't let the user print the document. Nuking the Normal template
took care of it, of course, but it would have been nice if that had
happened automatically.
