My only comment is that this is NOT the same as Apple coming right out and saying in plain English "you can run Mac OS X within a virtual machine on Apple-branded-hardware-host under the following specific conditions, pursuant to the EULA...". As far as I know, Apple themselves have never directly and publicly addressed running Mac OS X within a virtual machine. (Speaking through Parallels and VMware doesn't count, IMHO.)
