Sr. Software Engineer

The ideal candidate should have both Java and C/C++ programming experience

under Windows with at least 5 years of hands on development experience.

Any knowledge of networking and WinSock is a big plus. Java experience

should focus on backend interface and servelets development. The ideal

experience would be using Java to interface with OS, C/C++ applications,

JDBC (database), devices, or IIS web server. Because there are unique

challenges of using Java under Windows, the candidate MUST have Windows

programming experience (minimum 3 years). Finally, the candidate should

be flexible and possess strong leadership quality; this means both hands

on programming and the ability to lead other engineers.
