COM+ support - experience supporting COM+ and experience securing COM+

COM+ development skills - experience developing COM+ applications (Visual

Basic)

Windows 2000 Active Directory - STRONG knowledge and extensive experience

Windows 2000 Server Support - STRONG knowledge and extensive experience

Windows 2000 Group Policy

Windows 2000 Architecture

Windows 2000 Security

Windows Scripting Host/VB Script

IIS Security - Experience supporting IIS 5.0 and experience securing IIS

5.0

MTS Security

Resources must have an understanding of:

Industry Security Standards

Least Privilege Security Model

Problem and change management practices
