Resposibilities:

-Design and implement system management and security related features in our clients operating system. Hands on!!

-Help define the feature roadmap for security and system management for Router, Management Server and the Design Studio.

-Consult with sales engineers, consultants and customers on security and system management related issue.

-Support existing versions of the Router operating system.

-Provide tier-3 customer support.

Experience:

-Experience with many of the major security technologies (PKI, SSL, RSA, 3DES, etc.)

-Experience with many of the major system management technologies (SNMP, Openview, Tivoli, BMC, JMS etc.)

-Exposure to a majority of the following software technologies: Middleware (MOM, CORBA, J2EE), EAI, XML, XSLT, XPath, XML Schema, BPEL4WS.

-Extensive programming experience with C/C++.

-Programming experience on UNIX/Linux

-Experience building complex enterprise system software products.

-Ability to work effectively in fast-paced start-up environment and learn new things quickly

-Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle

-BS in Computer Science or equivalent
