Growing Security Technology company is looking to add a VP of Sales to their
Senior Management team. The successful candidate will have a strong
concentration with Channel relationships and partners. Responsibilities
include: Developing strategic sales plans and tactics to increase sales;
Expand and manage relationships with key channel partners; Champion channel
efforts through field sales, inside sales, OEM?s and other areas of the
organization; Manage the overall business development, positioning,
relationship management of the channels organization; Establish performance
measurements for key partner relationships; Meet company revenue goals,
profitability and product line objectives.
Requirements: 5+ years in Senior Management roles; 10+ years directly in
the security software industry with a strong Channels background; Proven
success in growing multi million dollar relationships through VAR?s, SI?s,
Resellers and other avenues; Demonstrated success in building new sources of
revenue with channel partners; Strong presentation and negotiation skills;
Ability to partner with key internal management; Ability to develop and
execute on operational processes; Leadership by example; Strong
communications skills and high level of integrity; Ability to travel;
BS/BA, MBA preferred.
