Demonstrated ability to communicate with and distill information from technical resources during formal and informal meetings
Exposure to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and software development project/technology terminology as it relates to Information Security/Information Assurance/Information Technology. This includes web-based portals, Single-Sign-On (SSO) and identification and authentication systems.
Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills to ensure efficient and consistent technical documentation
Software Engineering experience to include:
Primary:
Web development experience
Knowledge of Java Script
Experience in Core Java technologies (JDK1.4)
Strong Expertise in Jeep technologies like JIP, Servlets, JDeveloper EJB2.0, JDBC, RMI,JMS, XML, XSL, XSLT,DOM,SAX, STRUTS, TopLink, Hibernate, DisplayTag
Experience with Oracle 10g BPEL
Experience with Oracle Application Server/OC4J/Weblogic/Tomcat
Experience with Ant
Design and development of classes using Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) techniques using UML
Experience with designing and implementing various reusable components and frameworks
Experience in PL/SQL programming, Stored Procedures, Triggers
Experience in area of unit testing and quality assurance. Knowledge of testing methodologies
Secondary:
* Oracle Portal would be a plus
* Have to be flexible and adaptable to handle changes
* Experience using AJAX methodology
* Experience with J2EE design patterns and architecture would be a plus

3-10 Years Experience in developing web-based applications using JAVA
Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in information systems/security, computer science, management or related field
US Citizen (REQUIRED)
Strong MS Office and Adobe products skills
Excellent writing and oral communication skills
Self motivated and able to work in an independent manner or as part of a team
Able to work in a fast pace deadline driven environment
Software, Security, and Project Certifications a PLUS! E.g. JAVA, CEH, CISSP, PMP, CISA, IAM, Etc.
