I would like to implement password complexity for my userbase but it seems that I can either use passfilt or not use passfilt there is no in-between (it can't be customized). We are in a windows 2000 single domain running sp3 and active directory. Passfilt.dll is a little too complex for my user base so I am kind of looking for a middle ground. I looked at Q279890 and it suggests I will specificy a password in the user password option but i need to implement this at the domain level for new users AND current users. It seems like this an all or nothing deal.
Any suggestions?
Thx
