We have recently designed a free tool, DumpWin v2.00 that might solve your
problem.

This tool dumps the information about the shares on the machine, and the
ACLs on them.

It also has functionality similar to DumpSec, wherein it takes a text file
containing a list of user-defined files, or registry keys and dumps the ACLs
present on them.
It dumps the Users and Groups present on the machine.

This is just a partial list of the information gathered by DumpWin. It also
shows the drives, system information, hardware ports, softwares installed,
services running, etc. etc.
