I'd have to agree.. Although it is great for Syslog farms, it does have a
couple of drawbacks... reporting is a little light and not all platforms are
covered (yet). I have several clients using it in fairly large enterprises.

Focus on what kind of info you need out of the product and make sure that
your platform is covered.
