There are some known issues with the encryption implementation in Terminal Services. I'd recommend applying all of the relevant patches to your clients and servers. For remote administration of W2K server TS is definitely the way to go given the cost is free. You will also want to configure Terminal Services to force 128-bit encryption w/ the client.
