Betreff: Internet explorer history viewer

I was wondering if anyone knew of a good History viewer for internet
explorer (all versions). Perferably this program would be able to load
the index.dat file of choice. I.E. I could make a copy of the user's
index file and view their activity. Also we have a rather limited budget
so free would be nice.
