You may want to double-check that the patch actually "took". Three
Windows 2000 servers here reported that the MS03-026 patch was applied
according to Windows Update and Add/Remove Programs. In fact, the DLLs
that needed to be updated had not been touched.
Make sure these three files in the System32 folder have a date of
7/5/2003:
rpcrt4.dll
ole32.dll
rpcss.dll
If they don't, you may need to replace them manually.
