Why do you suppose the CERT/CC has not issued an advisory yet regarding the
continued vulnerability of Windows 2000 and XP, even though Symantec has
confirmed its existence? I guess they consider it to still be covered by
CA-2003-23?
Also, I expected Microsoft to include an improved patch for this in their
monthly release today, but I was suprised to see nothing about it.
