As i read emials you have to:
properties for the RDP protocol (as Laura wrote)
If it's a domain controller you have to modify
Domain Controller Security Policy. So, you have to
Security Settings folder --> Local Policies --> User Rights Assignment.
Under the Policy column: Log on Locally and then add appropriate group
or user.
U have also "refresh" settings so at command line write:
secedit /refreshpolicy machine_policy /enforce
thats all

Subject: Terminal Services Manager as a non-admin user.
Hello,
I have an employee in Long Island that we are in need
of training and guiding until he learns the ropes.
He connects via a VPN to our server in Central NY.
Using Terminal Services Manager we can remote control
his session and answer any questions he has over the
phone. Kinda like being right behind him when he runs
into trouble.
However, how can I give another employee access to this
without making them an admin?
Any suggestions would be great.
