Well, as abhorrant as this action may be, here are a
couple of things to keep in mind:

1. Remind your customer that pretty much every system
is insecure if it's not properly configured. In fact,
from a remote perspective, some Linux distros are far
less secure than Win9x (Win9x provided only one
service out of the box...file sharing).

2. Ask your customers (if they are moving to your
competitor) if they're doing so b/c the competitor has
a superior product/service, at a better price, or b/c
the competitor has scared the begeebers out of them.
Then, try to bring it into the customer's
perspective...find something else about their business
that you can apply the same sort of logic to.
