You're looking for the Resultant Set of Policy snap-in in the MMC. Go
to Start -> Run -> mmc.exe. Add this snap-in, and then set the
options (for viewing local computer, remote computer, and/or user
settings.

This will allow you to browse the applied policy and see the result on
that particular system.
