Here's a free as in freedom and beer boot disk to recover NT passwords:

There are also a link somewhere on that page to a page that shows how to
recover AD passwords (YMMV).

I seem to remember that the default password to get into NAV Corporate
Edition is "symantec" (w/o the quotes).
