System passwords are stored in the SAM file under NT/2k. While it is possible
to crack this file, it is rather untimely. A better option is chntpasswd, a
linux boot disk that goes to the SAM file, and edits it so that Administrator
has no password. Thus, you can log in.

As for the AV, I think you may be out of luck, unless Symantec understands and
sends you a new key.
