Subject: Prohibit Folder Compression
Hi, there.
There is a requirement that 'Folder Compression Feature'* on windows
2000 or XP must be disabled in order to prohibit users from accessing
it.
What we want is to make this feature (of any NTFS folders) simply
unaccessible from standard domain users - about 600 users -, but is
there any neat way of doing it? (quick & easy, plus centrally)
*Folder's Properties --> Advanced Attributes --> Compress or Encrypt
attributes.
