Depending on your environment SMS maybe overkill or too much $$$. You
may want to look into 'Track-IT' from Intuit (was owned by: Blue Ocean
Software).
It's been many years since I've used it (more like forced to.. ;-),
but it does a nice job for small to mid-size environments.
