Google for iisadmpwd and you will probably find all the details you
need. Essentially it is a built in feature and you just have to map a
virtual directory to iisadmpwd under c:\winnt\system32\inetsrv\. There
are some other little tweaks if I remember correctly but the articles
that come up from the google search will cover that.
