Here's a couple of ideas.
Write a login script, have the script execute the command or,
Use psexec (www.sysinternals.com) and a easy batch file to run the
command on each machine sequentially..
Hop that helps.

Subject: Running commands on workstations from domain controller
Hello everyone,
I wanted to know if there was a way to run a command on all workstations
connected to a domain controller.
Thanks.
