You want to download the "Shared Computer Toolkit" from Microsoft... It'll
let you turn any account you want into a locked-down kiosk interface if you
wish. All settings managed through a GUI...

In just searching MS for the download link, it looks like the tool has been
rebranded "Windows SteadyState."

Either way, go to Microsoft.com and query for those tools, and read the
doc's prior to setting it up...

Hello guys. I would like to restrict an accout in windows xp home so that
it can access the internet...that is it. i know there is probably a really
easy way to do this, but i havent been able to find it yet. although i know
a little bit about computers, i dont know a lot so a complete, specific
