FFmpeg Image File Multiple Buffer Overflow Vulnerabilities
FFmpeg is prone to multiple remote buffer-overflow vulnerabilities because the application using this library fails to properly bounds-check user-supplied input before copying it to an insufficiently sized memory buffer. These issues allow attackers to execute arbitrary machine code within the context of the affected application. Versions prior to 0.4.9_p20060530 are vulnerable to this issue. |
