xine-lib Matroska Demuxer Remote Buffer Overflow Vulnerability
The 'xine-lib' library is prone to a buffer-overflow vulnerability because it fails to perform adequate boundary checks on user-supplied input. Attackers can exploit this issue to cause denial-of-service conditions and possibly execute arbitrary code in the context of applications that use the library. Versions prior to xine-lib 1.1.10.1 are vulnerable. |
