Black Ice Multiple Applications 'BiDib.dll ActiveX Control Remote Buffer Overflow Vulnerability
Multiple Black Ice Software applications are prone to a stack-based buffer-overflow vulnerability because they fail to perform adequate boundary checks on user-supplied input. An attacker can exploit this issue to execute arbitrary code in the context of an application using the ActiveX control (typically Internet Explorer). Failed attacks will likely cause denial-of-service conditions. This issue affects applications that include BiDib.dll 10.9.3.0; other versions may also be affected. |
