RealNetworks RealPlayer SWF File Heap Based Buffer Overflow Vulnerability
RealNetworks RealPlayer is prone to a heap-based buffer-overflow vulnerability because it fails to perform adequate boundary checks on user-supplied data. An attacker can exploit this issue to execute arbitrary code in the context of the application. Failed exploit attempts will result in a denial-of-service condition. RealPlayer 10.5 Build 6.0.12.1483 is vulnerable; other versions may also be affected. |
