VMware Workstation 'hcmon.sys' Local Denial Of Service Vulnerability
VMware Workstation is prone to a local denial-of-service vulnerability. A local attacker can exploit this issue to crash the affected computer denying service to legitimate users. Given the nature of this issue, attackers may also be able to run arbitrary code, but this has not been confirmed. VMware Workstation 6.0.0.45731 is vulnerable; other versions may also be affected. |
