Microsoft Windows C Runtime Library Format String Vulnerability Solution:
Fixes are available. Microsoft advises that administrators install these fixes only if they feel that they may be exposed. The reason for this is because upgrading the Windows C Runtime Library will affect the entire system (all programs dependent on the library).
