Microsoft Internet Explorer Modeless Dialog DoS Vulnerability
A modeless dialog method is a dialog box which continues to display even when a user switches to other applications. An issue has been reported in Microsoft Internet Explorer, which could enable a malicious web host to cause a visiting user's system to consume all available system resources. If the modeless dialog method included in a HTML document, is passed the HTML document it's included in, a loop will be initiated potentially leading to a denial of services. |
