Mozilla document.open() Memory Corruption Denial of Service Vulnerability

Mozilla is a popular, freely available, open-source web browser. It runs on most Linux and Unix variants, as well as MacOS and Microsoft Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000/XP operating systems.

A vulnerability has been discovered in Mozilla that will result in memory corruption. This issue occurs when document.open() is called as the action to be performed when a form is submitted. Under certain circumstances processing this data will result in memory corruption, resulting in a denial of service.
