SkyStream Edge Media Router-5000 Local Buffer Overflow Vulnerability
SkyStream Edge Media Router-5000 (EMR5000) is prone to a buffer overflow. This vulnerability may be exploited from the client shell (accessible via telnet) by an authenticated user to execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges. It is possible to trigger this condition by supplying an overly long string from the command line of the client shell. |
