ZyXEL DSL Modem Default Remote Administration Password Vulnerability

Solution:
It may be possible to disable the default password through the administration interface option, "23. System Password", which is listed on the main menu beneath the heading "Advanced Management". This has not been confirmed by Symantec.

Until fixes/upgrades are available, contact your service provider for information on how to disable the default account.
