Sun Solaris Deadlock Kernel Panic Vulnerability
Sun has reported an issue in Solaris 8.0 that could potentially be capitalized upon by malicious local users to cause a system crash. It is possible to trigger this issue by creating a deadlock condition when the system is under heavy load, causing the system to hang or panic. |
